PostgreSQL | PostgreSQL 9.3: feature preview articles

There have been a quite a few excellent articles / blog posts posted in the last few months previewing features in the upcoming PostgreSQL 9.3 release, which I've been collating as they scroll of the bottom of Planet PostgreSQL pretty quickly, and thought it might be useful to share the list.
